To complete our team in Dalat, we are in need of 1 agronomist, who will be responsible to train farmers in Good Agriculture Practices (GAP) protocols for vegetables and monitor the implementation of these GAP protocols. Furthermore you will be responsible to plan and supervise the production scheme and ensure that quantity and quality targets are reached.

- A degree of at least Bachelors of Science in Horticulture or Agronomy with vegetables as field of specialization
- Very skillful in working with farmers and passionate about training them to improve their skills
- Experience with both open field and greenhouse vegetable cultivation
- Dedicated to applied research & development
- Good English and Vietnamese oral and written communication skills
- Flexible and can work harmoniously with others
- Professional, passionate for excellence and result-driven
