We have successfully implemented our approach through various projects in Asia. To give you an example of our work, the following project summaries are available:

• Based on an extensive value chain analysis from seedling production to the consumer, we have successfully created an avocado value chain in Vietnam, involving more than 100 farmers, 50 provincial avocado collectors, 1 provincial avocado wholesalers and several retail chains (more).
• In the Philippines, a medium sized banana exporter has outsourced R&D and business strategy development to us, which has already resulted in a diversified product portfolio and increased profitability (more).
• Together with our partners in Vietnam, we are setting up a vegetable distribution center for an international wholesale chain in Asia to revolutionize their sourcing system of vegetables, integrating vegetable small holders into modern retail markets (more).

Process
Our step by step approach ensures maximum effect at all stages of the process. A typical Fresh Studio project consists of a sequence of phases with go no-go moments in between.
